How to use the listings

Agency listings are grouped by county. Find and click on your county on the California map. Sort the resulting list by organization, county, city or service area by clicking on the column heading. Click on the agency name for detailed information. Some counties may not have an agency listed. In that case, return to the map and try its neighbors. There are several agencies who serve more than one area.

HELP us keep this data current

The information is as up-to-date as we can make it from our research. However as with all directories of this type both the programs offered and the organizations change quickly and may have altered between the time that we collected it and possible use. If there are errors or omissions in the information contained here it is no way attributable to our generous grantor agencies. Therefore, we strongly advise you to be sure to contact the agency before making detailed plans to determine its service area and appropriateness to your situation.

We welcome any updates to the information that you may find in using these resources. If you have changes and corrections please e-mail them to us at info@homechoices.org
