At Liberty Resources Home Choices, we know how important it is to feel empowered over your decisions and to remain a member of your community. That’s why we offer in-home care solutions from a team of compassionate caregivers who truly listen to your needs.

Our In-Home Care Services

As a home care agency, Liberty Resources Home Choices specializes in different forms of non-medical services that are available on an hourly or as-needed basis. From personal care to lifestyle support, our caregivers assist with the following:

About Our Organization

Established by Liberty Resources, Inc., the Center for Independent Living in Philadelphia, PA, Liberty Resources Home Choices is partially run by people with disabilities and has decades of experience as a trusted provider in local communities. We are dedicated to protecting your right to choose the level of care you need or prefer while remaining in your own home.

Liberty Resources Home Choices can provide services through the Community HealthChoices (CHC) program and is an enrolled provider with the following:

• PA Health & Wellness
• UPMC Community HealthChoices
• Keystone First Community HealthChoices
• AmeriHealth Caritas

Each of our caregivers is carefully screened using a series of background checks for the safety and peace of mind of the people we help. We also ensure that they are compassionate, competent, and work with integrity.
